Alex and Mary are a very nice couple. They are seriously good at what they do and take a lot of pride in their collections. We look in at different places, but think of Alexander's as the go-to place to buy and enjoy wearing an item. Joe and Linda

Wonderful, very friendly and helpful! Beautiful custom jewelry and have gone out of their way to be helpful with my purchase. Top customer service. They have a passion for designing and sharing their talents with the public. Would highly recommend to anyone needing custom designs or something unique.

Understood store policy of not allowing children into the store but to rudely address a 9 year old girl and shout to her to stay out falls into the harassment category. As any Dad would have done it, I tried to confront the gentleman about his attitude but since it was his store he kicked us all out. All my daughter wanted to do was to ask pricing for some necklace I had promised I would buy for her. I was ready to spend 2K in a jewelry store for this present and a wedding anniversary gift for my wife which I ended up spending in Orlando were people seem to be more customer oriented and friendlier.
As for this gentleman I would suggest an Anger Management course should be in his list of priority.
