Service? I called for a replac...

Service? I called for a replacement part, The 34th St. store, said that they do not have the part there, the parts store had them. The man at the 34th St. store got on the phone said he would check for me, he called the parts store and said they had them in stock.He gave me the price. I took off of work, drove all the way up to their Largo parts store, over 11 miles drive. Parts guys at that store said, "no, we have to order it". I left went to the 34th St. store. another 11 miles, to talk with the sales store manager. He acted he could care less. I told him what happened, after telling him twice, because he had no interest in solving the problem, he said in a half tone, "I am sorryā€¯. Acting he he could care less. I asked what could or what help he could provide for a customer, he arrogantly said "nothing"I went on the web bought the same product cheaper, received the part in two days. ABSCO, your staff needs, a lot to learn about customer service. You guys are clowns! Lost another customer.
