I was stranded for 2 1/2 hours on Honore waiting forAAA to come and rescue me, as I had run out of gas. I was in a rental, and the strange city, and in a dangerous location. I kept calling to find out when someone would come and help me. I was informed that stations weren't answering their calls, and there was one person working the area and I was third in line. I can only imagine if I were an older person how terrified they would have been. I am from New England, and even in a blizzard you get a call back right away I have never waited more than 45 minutes for help. I find this service unacceptable as a paying member of AAA. I can only hope this was an aberration, and not the service one would expect in this find city.

Went in for some trip info. Spoke with Merry. She was very friendly and helpful. She provided all of the information we requested. We had (on our own) researched a car rental and she got us a better car price. We are very happy with the service we received during our visit.

I told them I wanted to add a classic car to my insurance . I wanted a yearly policy . They sold me a 6 month policy because it was at the price point I wanted. I thought that to sneaky. I found out at the tag office what they had done. I cancelled that policy after 2 days of phone tag And will not renew my home and other car policies even my aaa membership

The service I received from Cheryl Tichacek was excellent professional expedient and courteous. Mrs. Tichacek alerted me to inaccuracies on the report I'm consumer choice in regards to my driving record and accidents reported and items that were inaccurately credited to my report. She prevented me from being surcharge for things that did not have anything to do with me That were in fact accident and tickets on other peoples accounts And actually reported by consumer choice the auto Driving record watchdog service. there by and now able to dispute the inaccuracies with consumer choice and because of her I was not surcharge for things that did not have anything to do with me. for that I will be eternally grateful. my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mrs. Tichacek She also increased my coverage from $10,000 uninsured motorist to 100,000/300,000 and my

property damage from 50,000 to 100,000 while reducing my monthly premium by $20 per month more coverage for a lower cost many thanks I will recommend AAA to everyone I meet.
