I have been shopping at the Saraland Big Lots since in open. It's close to my house and usually has what I go there for. I do have a problem, for the last 6 months or so, it seems that it takes forever to get checked out. Today there was 6 people in line pluse one waiting for a return to be processed. During the time I was waiting at least three Big Lot employees were standing at another register talking for about 4 minutes of the 5 or 6 I was in line waiting to check out. It seems that unless it is a time that might be desiginated a 'busy' time like Saturday the customer will have to wait and sometimes help is not called for until the line is long. There are 4 "Dollar" stores in Saraland that I could go to but because it is close to my residence I try there but sometimes I have to leave and go somewhere else. Just a little help would be greatly appreciated.
