Kari is a San Diego native who has a passion for fitness and empowering others to achieve their personal best.  She has a great compassion for her clients because she has overcome struggles experienced by many of them such as poor body image, weight gain, lower than desired self-esteem and not knowing where to start or how to maintain a solid fitness program. Knowing how many important aspects of her life changed for the better after consistently implementing a fitness plan, lifestyle and attitude, she is now committed to helping others achieve the fulfillment and excitement of reaching and maintaining their own goals. You'll find a non-intimidating environment that large gyms can't offer and you'll receive personalized one-on-one attention by people who love what they do for a living. Since our facility is not a gym, we are able to focus our efforts on our clients rather than increasing memberships to support our growing overhead of equipment like large chains. Our belief is that each client or class participant is unique.
