I love those talented and Kind Guys.

We were on our way back to California from Texas when our alternator gave out. Limped into Bozo's garage. The guys were great! Came out immediately to ask what our problem was and had us back on the road in less than an hour! Great service! Thanks so much! Recommend you stop by their car museum and see their tractor car!

I had low oil, which set off the engine light. There are not many options in Santa Rosa, but I was very, very pleased with Bozo's. They got me right in, treated me with honesty and respect (they really could have sold me unnecessary service because I am more than 500 miles from home). They know what they are doing and they have the necessary equipment to resolve most vehicle problems.

I just wanted to write a quick review on here to thank you for your lack of courtesy. I found out that after my elderly parents had called your place for HELP with changing a flat tire on their van that had left them stranded on the highway between Santa Rosa & Ft. Sumner, that not only did the gentleman that showed up to change the tire not load the heavy flat tire into the van for my Dad, (he's 80 by the way) but he also failed to let them know how much his 10 minute tire change was going to cost. He just told them to stop by the garage on their way thru & pay for the change. When they arrived at the garage, they were faced with a $250 bill!! After the initial sticker shock, the person at the desk gave them a $50 "discount". For 2 people living on Social Security, that's more than half of the money they have for groceries for the month! I am appalled! You all should be ashamed of yourselves for pulling something like that on the elderly.SHAME on you! Don't call these people for HELP

On a roadtrip from San Diego to Ohio, rear diferential went out on our truck. We called The first tow company we could find and were towed to a garage. The driver dropped us off, pointed to a building then left. The secretary didnt care about our situation, charged outrageous just for the tow, didnt know where the mechanic was, and said it might be days just to get the part. We called bozos and they came and picked us up, got our truck on a lift immediately, drove us to a motel where we could have our pets, and within 24 hours we were on the road again! The work was fast, great, and at a great price. Have nothing but great things to say about bozos garage in Santa Rosa New Mexico!! Thanks bozo!

We broke down about 5 miles from Sumner lake Oct.1st.on the way home from vacation. We had several pets with us & were very concerned about them. Bozo's towed us to Santa Rosa, got our parts, & had us back on the road within a few hours, start to finish. The fuel pump in our van is in the fuel tank & the tank was full - a big job. My husband is a mechanic & felt that the work was done well & the price was reasonable for the job. I would recommend Bozo's to anyone who needs qualified mechanic work.

The Owner expects Good Service and has Qualified Experienced Mechanics to perform just that. They were efficient but also nice people to deal with. They were unbelievably HONEST & FAIR & explained what they could repair & referred us to a Dealer for what they could not fix! How many times does that happen? No FAKE Diagnostics Tests were performed to increase our bill like a previous place we stopped at. They only fix & charge for whats needed. I suggest BOZO'S if you want to FEEL SAFE about how they treat You & Your Vehicle. Female Customers especially! You may have had places that take advantage of what you dont know! Thanks to Bozo's garage we didn't miss any deadlines on our trip. June, 2002 we had car trouble, Bozo's garage came to our aid via AAA. The car had similar symptoms before the trip and been cleared by our "trusted" local mechanic. The car had similar symptoms in Amarillo and another mechanic cleared it and sold us an additive (saying that was all that was needed). Then west of Santa Rosa it just died. Bad fuel pump. Bozo's towed us back to Santa Rosa, took care to be sure we had a motel room and helped cancel the guaranteed reservations in Albuquerque due to car trouble. Bozo's overnighted a new fuel pump and had us on the way by 11:00 A.M. the next day. After the trip our local mechanic told us they would refund anything above $650 since they had missed the problem. Our total cost only $432.67. We finished our trip and have never experienced any problems (have since traded the car for a new car). Stumbled on receipt and checked internet - saw bad review - ours very positive.

I was riding with my brother back from San Diego and the bracket that holds the rear axel to the shock and frame. Bozo's said he could fix it and had us back on the road in 45 minutes and only charged me $50. Bozo is the man!!!!

I was towed to this station by AAA because my fuel pump went out on the freeway 500 miles away from my destination. This guy told me it would cost $400 for just the part. What a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks AAA

james bozo cordova is the best. when my truck broke down he towed it in, AAA then stored it for three mos still I could come get it . storage charge was O . thanks bozo.
