I have been going to this dental clinic for about 2 years. I always found the long waits in the noisy crowded (ugly) waiting room unpleasant. But I liked the dentist; it's only 2 blocks from my home; and they take my dental ins.; so I persevered. But 2 days ago I came to the end of my rope. After waiting an hour, one of the front desk receptionists couldn't understand what was delaying my appt. She disappeared for about 5 minutes and then told me I would have to wait another 20 minutes. The dentist I liked is no longer there (I can't imagine the assembly line atmosphere would be very pleasant for the dentists either). I walked out never looking back. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
