Terri and Jesse are so kind, knowledgeable, professional and they seem to really care about my personal belongings. The facility is extremely clean secure and safe. I've rented there for years and I recommend anybody who's looking for something to store their personal belongings just stop by there and talk to Terri and Jesse. 5 STARS

We've had a small locker here for a few years to accommodate seasonal items that don't fit in our home. There are lower prices, but the facility and staff are excellent and the location is convenient.

Great friendly staff, always very welcoming and helpful. I recommend the location for services.

This is the cleanest, safest Storage you can get in Santa Rosa. The staff is the nicest. I've had lots of storages in the past. And been unhappy. We've been here for a number of years, and Terry and Jesse are the best. Highly recommend,and there dog friendly!This review is also from Rleen joy

Clean facility, well-placed security cams, easy online payment option, and friendly personnel - we had a great experience a few months ago and are happy, repeat customers.

This is probably the best storage facility in town. I have been a customer for many years and have had great service. Managers Teri and Jesse do their best to please. I do miss two features that corporate once provided in the earlier days. That's the recycle and trash dumpsters, AND the portable bathroom!!!.

I've been here for a few months now. Everything seems clean and secure. I like being able to drive straight to my unit and not needing to go up/down in an elevator.

This facility on Hopper is fantastic. the customer service when we arrived as second to none (and has been whenever I have a question) and the facility is VERY clean and secure. What more could you want in a place holding personal belongings worth storing! I would highly recommend the folks at Security Public Storage...they're great.

This site is located in a very quiet, safe part of town. Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to accommodate. Nobody is allowed in without their gate code and if you don’t have that handy, ID is required to come on the property. The office sits right at the entrance, so staff sees all who enter and exit. Your stuff is safe and staff is pleasant!

Something went wrong with my card on file whilst I was unavailable to fix it right away & they were diligent, friendly & patiently in getting ahold of me before I was charged a late fee. The facilities are safe, dry & cool.
