I thought I was hiring Bekins a big company with good equipment and experienced movers that would not have trouble showing up on the date arranged well in advanced as my husband and I work and arranging time off was difficult for the move. Two days before we get a call there was some trouble with "one" of the trucks could we change the day. No we couldn't so they said fine they would be there. Instead of a moving truck we got three guys and a UHAUL. this moving van was totally inadequate for our household of furniture and the men moving though incredibly good hearted could not fit everything on and so it required many trips and in the end they just cramed everything in causing damage to plants and furniture. because the ramp was so small on the van they actually dropped our dining table and broke a corner of an irreplaceable table we had for many years. I was also worried about the man who fell off the ramp as I thought he hurt himself but he kept working stating they had no benefits. Turns out we were not hiring Bekins but Shultz movers who only use the Bekins' license to move across state lines. When I called the owner to report our damage and my concern for the employee the owner was very rude and said it was my fault because they had offered to move another day but were accommodating our schedule. We were only compensated for the table after my husband complained about the dangerous situation created by using the Uhaul instead of the moving truck we had arranged for and as stated the table is a unique design that can not be replaced so we are looking for a way to repair it. So if you want a reliable company that cares about you, your belongings and its own employees DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Will & Jesse were Awesome. It was a little more expensive than I had planned but well worth it. After checking on them a couple of times it was pretty obvious it was not necessary. They all the right equipment and knew their jobs well. Thanks for doing your job well.

This was a great company! Our move was actually easy, the salesman Tom was wonderful, everyone was so helpful! Our things were moved on time and nothing was broken!
