My experience with a scooter rental from this business was less than satisfactory. The only positive thing I can say about it is that I did rent an adequate scooter when I needed it. The staff person that served me was late to open the store and unapologetic about it, brusk to the point of being rude, argued with me when I pointed out the the scooter seat was sticky and caked with white sweat looking residue on the arm rests. I was told it was not dirty when it clearly was dirty and sticky. I was on a tight schedule and had to leave town the same day I rented the machine but was not confident that the person who served me would not stay open til the posted closing hour and I might not be able to return the machine that same day, If I ever need to rent another scooter I certainly will not return to this business to do so.
