Carrie's Pilates instruction has helped my posture and strength. I originally sought out Carrie (after several outstanding referrals) for help with low back problems. Carrie is a consumate professional who has been in this business before it was trendy and ubiquitous. I often joke that she needs to invent a pilates cupcake smart phone to stay on the cutting edge!



She is dedicated to her practice and is passionate about her work. Aside from being an incredible instructor, she is an incredible resource of information on all things health and fitness related. In her client's best interest, Carrie also knows how to get you to strive for the best results and pushes you to go further and accomplish more than you thought you ever could. I've been seeing Carrie for 8 years, after my back went out on me. She is very knowledgeable and creates an excellent program focusing on the areas of the body that need attention. There's nothing like her one-on-one attention and an hour goes by before you know it.
