This place is wonderful! Very friendly, fair owners and a friendly staff with smiling faces. I have purchased several machines from them in the last 6 years and they have wonderful service and stand behind their warranty. They have quality threads, stabilizers, notions and are happy to help you find just the right item you need. You can be confident you are buying good quality thread because they only stock things the owner would want to use. Pam is very knowledgeable a is very careful to only stock items she can stand behind.



They also have classes that come free when you buy the machine. If you didn't buy the machine there, you can pay for the classes and they don't make you feel guilty for buying elsewhere.



Since they were so good with their sewing machine services, I also have bought vacuums from them. They stand behind the vacuums too and have great service for them. I have mine cleaned and serviced every year since it receives a lot of use. They give quick service and always have the proper bags in stock when I need them.



I have been very happy with this store, its owners, the staff, and the service. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for sewing and vacuum service, parts, or for buying new or used machines.

I love to buy thread for machine quilting at this store. They carry several high end brands like Superior. Best thread selection in Sonoma county.
