Worked with Dr McCaskill with amazing results

Well, where do I start. I honestly felt the whole time that Mr. McCaskell never knew what my injuries were. I was involved with him for about 3 years. During that time I had to give him paperwork numerous times because he said he didn't have it even though my wife and I were positive that we had given it to him. I won my case in Feb. of 09. It is now Oct.09 and Mc Caskell is still holding up 25%($25,000) of our money. He acts like it's my fault. The truth is his office is very unorganized. You will always wait at least 1/2 hr. past your appointment time and that's on a good day. He acts like he cares, but it's all an act. Keep a record of your appointments, because if you go over his standard he will try and get more than the $5300 he agreed to and won't even tell you. Get a real lawyer.They cost the same. Once you hire him you can't fire him, I tried. No one would take the case saying it was unethical. In my opinion the only thing that was unethical was the way I was treated Dave W
