Community Support Network (CSN) is a nonprofit agency incorporated in 1982 as an outgrowth of Karibu House, which dates back to 1972. CSN provides a range of services to mentally ill and homeless adults. It offers a network of social services such as residential alternatives to institutional care, social and vocational rehabilitation, chemical dependency counseling, case management, supportive housing and other special social services. CSN is a United Way operation and accepts donations. In addition, Fundraisers are held throughout the year. Community Support Network is located Santa Rosa, Calif., and provides services throughout Sonoma County.
