DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A TABLET OR YOU WILL NOT SEE IT FOR AT LEAST A YEAR!!!

I purchased a table online back in December of 2011. One day I go to work and I found out that my screen got locked because of an intense amount of pressure against the screen. So I looked online and I found that Cell Treausers repairs tablets. I went to the store on March of 2012. I explain to them what happened and they assure me that they will fix my tablet and that it would take about 3 weeks because they had to order a part from ebay. I was like, okay fine. 4 weeks passed and I was calling them regularly to see if they had gotten the part. They kept telling me that it was still on the mail and that it hadn't arrive to the store. I gave them 3 more weeks so basically 2 months later, I kept calling them and they kept saying that the part was still not delivered. I was getting very upset. So they say that if by the end of June they had not receive it that they will put another order on ebay. I called on June, July, August and they will switch one story for another. They would say, we got the part but it was the wrong part, or we have never received a part for your tablet. By this point I had already a new tablet that My work purchased for me. So I just wanted to have the old tablet repaired to give to my nephew. On september I just gave up. I let them have the tablet with the false hope that eventually it would get fixed, but when I called on november their story was the same, "that the part was not delivered yet". Eventually I just forgot about it. Today 05/30/2013, I received a call from them that my tablet was not able to be fixed and that they give me 2 weeks to come and pick it up or it will become their property. I am very upset that after all this time they didn't fix it. I feel like they didn't even tried to fix it, since the mythological part never arrived to them. The phone message that they left doesn't even have an apology, nothing. I mean, really? this is the customer service that they offer? This store is ridiculus. Why do they have online a link saying that they fix tablets if obviously they don't.



If you go to the store, beware, you might not see your electronic for at least a year, your electronic will not get fixed or if it does it will not work properly after two weeks. Read the other reviews. Other people have had similar situations.
