I'm very happy with the finished product. The techs are prompt, polite, and professional. They also made good on my install from 3 years ago!

We have an annual membership with One Hour Heating and Cooling. A Technician, by the name Andre Dixon, come by today to complete our maintenance check up and he was phenomenal. His passion for his job is obvious and his experience shows with his patience in learning about our system and taking the time to explain any issues or concerns in simple terms. He genuinely cares enough to look for long term efficiency improvements and doesn't seem to be focused on suggesting work you don't need. I highly recommend Andre. His customer service was truly outstanding.

I have been experiencing problems with how to reset my computerized thermostat. Ryan Avila, a great technician, reset the unit, and was very patient with me, as he explained how it works. Ryan is very thorough, and knowledgeable in his field. Additionally, Mr. Avila has a pleasant personality and nice to deal with. Kudos to Ryan Avila!

One Hour was who my landlord used in my rental previously, and I was pleasantly surprised by Tyler's punctuality, competence and knowledge. He answered all of my questions relating to both my furnace and AC unit, and made me feel comfortable in his inspection of my equipment. I would definitely call them for H/AC needs!

We called One Hour when our Heater quit and they were there FAST inspected our system that was 20++ years old and suggested a new furnace due to it's condition (Very Bad Shape). We weighted all the options and decided to go with a new heater and Air Conditioner, They sent 3 guys out and within a day we had Warm air better then I can ever remember in the last 10 years. It was a hard install under the home in tight area but they arranged everything very neat and tidy. They even cleaned out the Air Ducts. Great Job! very Happy Thanks One Hour Gary
