I have been going to this vet hospital for 15 years, since we moved here from Ohio. I have always had a great experience with Dr. Beck and her staff. They are very caring people. I moved here with 12 cats, all have passed on, most with the help of Dr. Beck and her wonderful staff. Today my last cat, Desi needed help passing on, he was 18 years old.. I got to the clinic before they opened and a caring lady let me in and called Dr. Beck to come in early to help him, he was dying. I am so grateful for the excellent service I always receive. I will always recommend Santa Rosa Animal Hospital and Dr. Beck to all my friends and anyone in need of great Vet service.

Nope nope nope. Shady. The 2 women + the receptionist we met were nice enough but they took my young puppy to a totally different room. I followed them in there because I'm a paranoid person and then another woman who I presume was the vet takes over and starts doing the puppy's shots. She doesn't introduce herself to me, just asks why I'm standing there. Anyways, she then has an attitude with me over my informed choices as a dog owner (my previous vet was phenomenal and I would gladly drive the now 7 hours to her if the dogs would stand it) pushing chemicals and the likes on my 8 week old puppy. Honestly, just one of those vets who are med crazy and the people who find them to be good are the people who have no schooling or research into their pet's veterinary care. Anyway, my sweet puppy developed kennel cough after receiving her bordatella vaccine from these shady people. I didn't even want to give them one star.

This vet has been so good to us. They have been so accomodating to botg our dogs when we had an emergancy. highly recommend.
