The store manager should be re-trained. After I called and told to come in to cash a CVS money order no problem not true. He said that after our phone conversation he had called corporate and was told they don't do that anymore. I bought the money order filled it out and 2 weeks later it was returned to me. it had someone elses name for the payee but I was still the purchaser plus I had the receipt and proper id. Be careful when dealing with people that say one thing and do something different in a matter of hours.
