In 3 words... Above and Beyond! Most new car dealers are your best friend right up to and including that moment you sign the docs and take delivery of your new ride. It is shortly thereafter that you mysteriously become someone they've never heard of and can't seem to find your number anywehere.



What a pleasant experience it has been dealing with Infiniti of Santa Monica since the recent purchase of my new G37. They have followed through every step of the way with not only the due-bill items, but also calls from the General Manager just to see how things are going and to offer to help as needed.
