Dry clean express has done a good job with two special occasion dresses that I've taken to them in the past. Big cleaned both quickly and without any damage.

Have a special one of a kind vintage piece? Have a piece that has sentimental value? Then don't bring it here. They lost a vintage jacket I trusted them to dry clean. The manager (owner?) had me come back time after time "Don't worry we will find it". He seemed earnest, I trusted he would find it. Flash forward: a month and a half later - his mood turned and my piece never showed up. He offered me a store credit for 30 bucks. Then he offered me 30 bucks for a $75 dollar one of a kind piece. This was my first time here and my last. I have NEVER had a dry cleaner lose a piece. EVER. I also have a feeling he was dismissive toward me because I am a woman. If it were a man, I'm sure he would have offered more money or not have been so condescending. I fought him up to $50 but still, the jacket was priceless to me. There are numerous dry cleaners in the SaMo/Brentwood area. My business will go to them.

AVOID!!! The worst dry cleaner ever!!! I used them only once, and they lost my $100 shirt! The owner did not even apologize for losing the shirt, and kept saying "come back later"! Avoid this shop, or you like me, end up having your clothes stolen!!
