OPEN NOW - Closes at 11:00pm

For the most part this place is great. Kept clean, staff is freindly and helpfull. But it is listed as 24 hour and yet they close at 11pm. How is that 24hour???? They say that they re-open at like 3am . So actually they should be listed as ( open 20 hours a day ) woild get 5stars if was not listed as 24 hour .
