These, guy's are not worth the call, they take warrenty calls, and never follow up with the job, make repeated excuses, never call back, told us that his water heater calls take priority over the home warrenty calls, that he is contracted with. They took payment and never came back to do any repairs. It took from 12-23-11 to 1-14-12 and they never came back. Even after another promise to be there by end of day, again a no show and not even a call. They kept blaming a problem employee for the issue but it was a supposed owner/mgr that was at the home to look at the issue, so they just like to pass the buck to someone else.



Would NEVER use or recommend this company..
