These people are crooks. In the 6 years we stored our belongings there, they continuously stopped taking our automatic payments out then sent us letters 3 months later telling us our stuff was up for auction. They claimed our card was declined, but the more you talk to these trashy people, the truth eventually comes out and the owner says "I forgot, okay. I forgot to take your money out." That person is incredibly rude and must have an awful, good for nothing life to treat others that way.



Sucks for them, though. We knew they would do this again and already got all of the stuff we want out of there when we were caught up on 9 months worth of no payments taken out by them, plus their bull late fees. Good luck selling all that crap in there and have fun cleaning that 6 years worth of crap out.
