I received a voicemail telling me that Terminix needed to reschedule my appointment because they had a lot of jobs in the morning and didn't want to rush. When I called customer service today I found out that my appointment was changed. I find it ridiculous that I have a conformation for an appointment (for over a week) and the day before they changed it in the system without confirming with me.
