"If you think that renting a storage unit should be a pleasant and simple experience, then LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!This place is run by the most UNFRIENDLY people EVER!You will be REQUIRED to fill out a lengthy questionnaire (along with the standard pages of legal docs). Again, that is a full page QUESTIONNAIRE, where they ask a multitude of mundane, yet PERSONAL, questions like "Where do you live?" "Why did you choose us?" etc. etc. And they have the audacity to DEMAND IT!!!When I did not have time for their questionnaire due to time limitations of moving my house, they TOLD ME TO LEAVE!!! No apologies.Save your time and money and go elsewhere, where they will value you as a human and treat you with respect."

The nice gentleman who I eventually rented called the owner a "drill sergeant" (me thinks a Nazi). And the goon she works with is just as unfriendly and impersonal (apparently has not heard of, or uses, common words like "excuse me, hello, thank-you,".



Save you time and money and go elsewhere, where they will value you as a human and treat you with respect.
