Grooming department is DEPLORABLE. Customer service in grooming is atrocious! They don't know what they're doing. They have repeatedly caused me and others I know huge amounts of inconvenience. The so called management for this department is beyond ridiculous! I have never seen anything like it. Take your dog anywhere but here. If I could give less than one star I would. It's unfortunate, because I have received good customer service from other people/departments in this store.
