I used this salon a couple times and would have become a regular. They were quick, thorough, and did a good job. The 3rd time I went, I signed in and NO ONE even spoke to me or inquired what service I wanted. I waited for THIRTY minutes, then left. I will not go back. I called later and explained why I wouldn't be back. Oh, it obvious they have favorites...too bad, I might have been one, given the chance. They must not need the business.

I'm from out of town and asked to make an appt at 9:30 not knowing their hours and never having been there. I was told to come in at 9:00 as it would work better for them. I showed up and waited for 15 minutes looking at the door which says they open at 10:00 thinking they must be opening early to accommodate my schedule. I know I'm the dummy here...but when I called to let them know about the snafu they argued with me saying they would NEVER have said 9:00. Well they did and the argumentative conversation left me realizing that I will NEVER go there. Oh we'll. I took my nails elsewhere.

Recently visited this salon after hearing coworkers talk about them. I didn't have an appointment but was impressed that they are quite accomodating. This salon is very clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They totally exceeded my expectations. Very professional and nails came out perfect. I will definitely go back and I think I have a new addiction!

Great atmosphere, great staff, great service! The best mani and pedi I've had in a long time. The most impressive part is seeing them pull out a clean, new set of implements thats been sterilized in a pouch for every client. I was there for almost 2 hours and was very impressed with this operation and their standards. I will definitely go back and even bring a friend or two next time.
