In a recent visit to Glorianna's, attitudes of the owner and daughter were " . . not customer friendly.."



I've been in bead and craft shops from San Diego to Chicago, and the arrogance on display here topped any other similar store. Further, they indicated they made their own silver "stuff" and when it was pointed out that some of their display items were from a well-known wholesaler, they pushed that off to ". . well, we don't buy from them anymore. . "
