Provided by YP.comKlaus Herring showed I had a mold problem and said he would work with
the insurance company to build my claim with them to get money back.
Later, he went back on his promise and did not build a claim with
the insurance company. His inaction left me with no claim, and
no money back. Would not choose ARCS again.
