I recently moved to Santa Fe, NM and was looking to find a reputable Ayurvedic practitioner in the city. I found a center off of Cerrillos Rd. named Agni Ayurveda and scheduled a consultation with Emily Glaser to review some health and nutrition concerns. Prior to the consultation Emily sent me a detailed questionnaire form regarding my lifestyle practices and dietary habits. She dedicated a generous amount of time when we met to review the form, and gave me a number of tips and suggestions to help my current state of health. She also advised me to take one plant based organic Ayurvedic supplement which has helped me to better my digestive issues. Also, because I have a very busy work schedule and want to maintain a healthy organic/vegetarian diet, I recently enrolled in their daily prepared meals program. So far, I absolutely love the food, it is fresh, organic and full of flavor. I am so glad i found this place and would highly recommend it!
