I just want to tell everyone that the receptionist is the sweetest person on this earth. She is kind, carrying and sympathized with me about my needs.

I had to put my dog of 14 years down. Doctor Cisneros was caring and so was the staff. I was comforted to know that my dog did not suffer. Also, the price was significantly cheaper than the other vets in the area.



I am thankful to Doctor Cisneors and his staff amd would recommend V.I.P. Veterniary Hospital should you need euthanasia services.

I had a really bad experience at this vet after being a customer for over 8 years - and this event took place after Dr Cisneros sold the practice to Dr Barerra. The front desk and the on-duty vets showed total indifference to my dog - who was in such pain and distress that she could not walk or even stand on her feet - and because I had not made a prior appointment I had to wait for about three hours for the first available appointment slot. I NEVER went back and found another vet that day (who saw and treated my dog immediately) with whom I am VERY happy.
