Talk about 5-Star customer service!
My husband and I have been customers for a couple of years now. Alexa (Alexis?) took care of us the first time. She was impressive in the way she so patiently and professionally worked with us - and with such a great smile! We walked out quite satisfied with our glasses and our experience.
We returned this year (on Halloween) and were so pleased with the news that the wonderful Alexa had been promoted to manager. No wonder everyone, both customers and employees, seemed happier.
We availed of optometrist Dr. Chiu’s services and were both impressed with his warmth, patience, knowledge and care.
A special shout out to Serena - her name does befit her – as she remained completely serene despite our changing our minds the way we did. I thought to myself: “This lady is so patient. I’m surprised she hasn’t strangled me yet!” Serena was also eager to help with her bright smile, cheerful demeanor and great sense of humor.
Whoever thought I could have this much fun getting eyeglasses? All the customer service staff proved that they could provide both great service along with such a fun and cheerful attitude. Another plus is that America’s Best in Santa Clarita is immaculately clean and very comfortable with lots of easy parking.
No doubt, the manager and staff at America’s Best in Santa Clarita have outdone themselves with their 5-star customer service.
I look forward to seeing Alexa, Serena, Dr. Chiu, etc. for many years to come.
