Scientific Coating Labs specializes in the manufacture of wafer coatings for the semiconductor industry. Established in 1966, the company provides custom-engineered thin film coatings and related services to customers. Its wafer coating services includes a wide variety of coating process, such as thin film deposition, all standard semiconductor metallization, sintering, film thickness measurements, spectrophotometer, dielectrics and anti-reflective coatings, evaporated films, multi-metal systems, electron beam evaporation and sputtering. Based in Santa Clara, Calif., Scientific Coating Labs' capabilities include a cleanroom, processing labs and large capacity evaporators with 12-inch capability.
