Very unpleasant experience! Booked an appointment, but it was midweek and I needn't have bothered, it was empty. I walked in only to be shouted at 'What you want?", so I said I had an appointment. All I got back was 'What service?' and then the lady pointed to the chair she wanted me to sit in. That was the only communication I got from her for the entire manicure!! All the staff talked to each other, (in Vietnamese I think), but never to me. I don't think this was a language barrier thing as she understood me very well. She threw a card at me and pointed, so I selected which manicure I wanted. At this point she just kept tapping the card, until I realised she wanted payment - cash only. The manicure was rough, she ripped at my cuticles so much she made me bleed! Then proceeded to use the cuticle oil anyway, so I wouldn't call this place hygienic! The nail polish was really old and she struggled to get it out of the bottle towards the end of the manicure. Needless to say, I went in looking forward to some chat and a pamper and walked out feeling pretty un-cared for. I would not recommend this salon, and wish I had read the reviews before I had gone in!
