As a certified Montessori teacher, I have worked in childcare programs for over 10 years. From the 10 years of experiences I have learned that childcare is my passion and where I want my career to be.Also, I have seen some parts of the child program could be improved.So I started my own childcare. Joyland Daycare provides a ratio as 1:3 that every child can get full attention and be treated with love and patience.We have a clean and bright open environment that different age children have enough space to practice their skills. We use a separate baby room so babies are able to keep a consistent schedule. My passion is to engage every child in Joyland, to make them feel loved, feel safe, to eventually build a stable emotion and confidence.Children's emotions matter.I might not be able to help every child in the world, but I can make sure whoever child that walks into my door is going to be well taken care of.
