I had been driving car back in India for a couple of years and I was a pretty good driver there. When I came to the US, I initially thought I already knew driving, so I do not need any lessons from an instructor. But thanks to a friend of mine who pressed me to take at least a couple of hours of lessons from a professional instructor of a driving school. On Google map, I found Forward Driving School nearest to my place. I called them. Mr Andre attended my call. He, very honestly, recommended taking driving lessons before 4 pm to avoid evening traffic and get the most value . I booked a slot from 1pm to 3 pm.



Exactly five minutes before the appointment, I got a call. Mr Long, an instructor at Forward Driving School, had arrived at my place with his car. After introduction, he told me not to assume I can drive on roads in the US. He gave me the keys and asked me to hit the road. Sitting next to me, he was giving me directions. He was making sure that I was following each of his instructions well. He was communicating very clearly and politely. He was catching my weaknesses very quickly, and immediately correcting my mistakes. Mr Long is a very professional instructor. In short, I found this class very useful and this school very good school.



The roads are very tricky at some places. On the day of the test, you are definitely going to be tested on these tricky spots. Besides, driving is a dangerous business if you are even a bit careless because one critical mistake can cost a lot. So to make driving a safe experience for you and for other people on road, lessons from a professional instructor are a must. I highly recommend Forward Driving school and Mr Long.

This driving school is the best.first lesson I had Susan she was good but a little boring. If your trying to learn and have fun ask for LOng he is very fun I had my last lesson today and he told me I was his best driver he is such a good instructor and teacher.he taught me a lot. Forward driving school is what you need to sign up for and ask for Long he is very funny and a good instructor

But the main reason behind recommending them is their instructor, Long. Great guy, always reach on time, he is more eager to get you on road than you are, he will not only prepare you for driving exam, but will also teach you advance driving skills. perfect man for the job!!!!

I would NOT find any other driving schools. I definitely recommend this. I haven't had any experience driving the road but STEVE taught me patiently. He is very soft and will tell you your mistakes and will help you correct it. So if you plan to learn driving go for Forward Driving School and look for Steve. He comes early and will keep you comfortable all throughout the lesson.Good luck!



I took the behind the wheel test drive today at Santa Clara. Thanks so much to STEVE, I passed the test for the first time because of his superb driving lessons.

Definitely look for STEVE...He is one great guy! I learned driving lessons with him and it was fun. Passed my DMV test for the first time.
