City Lights Limousines is very sorry about your trip to San Francisco on your bithday on February this year.

You signed a contract for 5 hrs and you and your group came back after 5hrs and 40 minutes. That's 1 hr overtime per signed contract.

This trip was given to us by another limo company. We don't have and never had your credit card info on file - you signed credit card slip in front of driver adding 1 hr over time and gratuity, have copy to show you.

You claim total extra charge was $300.00 (you must be confused with another company) charge was only half of that!! - signed by you.

We are very surprised you insist on this issue after 4 months, credit card companies are very protective of their customers

and after you disputed these charges with them funds were still granted to City Lights Limousines.

We're very sorry you delayed your group after club was closed and two of your friends had to go back into the club trying to find you.



The word FRAUD is a very strong word, we must be cautious when using it to accuse someone.
