They may take good care of their owner clients but they rip off their renters big time... since when does it cost over $300 for housecleaning a small house that was cleaned by the tenants before they left? Padding the bill MUCH??

The entire team is helpful and overall a pleasure to rent from. The property manager, Nick, was an amazing asset to the company and was always responsive to my many questions and concerns. Paul came out and adjusted the mounting brackets on the blinds in the main office so there is no possibility of them falling out while being cleaned or bumped. He also puts screws in the valances at my request to insure the valances dont fall on anyone either. I appreciate the care and the quality of the work he did so please express my appreciation to him

And to think I was worried?? They are amazing! Their crew cleaned up my store quickly and most certainly to my satisfaction.... now, if they could only come to my house for just a week I could be a happy woman instead of nagging shrew with a constant, usually ignored "honey-do" list....
