Worst kind of people in business, complete snakes that pretend to be professional. I would not recommend as a landlord, they are not interested in what is fair, only the maximum benefit to Joel Shefflin, Chief A$$hole in Charge!



Avoid at all costs, we did not heed the warnings from the tenant before us and Shefflin treated us just as bad as the previous tenant had warned...
