Provided by SuperpagesWish there were 0 stars, since that is the rating this place deserves..Bouquet was wrong color, flowers were dead when delivered and owner was very nasty. When advised that I had white roses my first marriage and know what white roses look like (my husband passed away and this was my second marriage) he stated "on your third marriage come in and pick out the color". Instead of being sorry as any other business owner would be he had a don't care attitude and a sly remark like that... KARMA is a you know what and when you treat paying customers like that it will only come back to bite you twofold...Listen to all the poor reviews before going to this place, I wish I did the owner and customer service is HORRIFIC!!

Provided by YP.comIf I could give a no star review, I would. I ordered flowers through Teleflora, but when given the opportunity to select a florist, I was happy to choose one I knew. Being from Santa Barbara originially, I was familiar with Kaleidoscope.
The flowers were for my Grandmother's funeral on 10/30 at the funeral home ACROSS THE STREET! I ordered the flowers on 10/28 for delivery to the funeral home by 10/29. The flowers arrived at 10:00am on 10/30...too late for the funeral.
Need I say any more? Worst. Florist. Ever.

Provided by SuperpagesThis is the most fantastic florist I have ever worked with, as a business owner. I have asked them to create original gifts, such as "chocolate baskets" and special color fresh floral arrangements to match my clients logos, each was incredible, unique and perfect. Once, for a ladies lunch at my yacht club, I decided to give each of my guests a "posey bouquet" I called the day before the event, with just the idea of what I wanted and they delivered the next morning. They were perfect, delicate, fragrant and individually tied with pink bow. They take a very personal approach to everything I have ordered, I also know the employee, on her own time, went out in search of the best variety of chocolate for my baskets. You cannot find personal service that compares to what I have received from them. I also do not take time to write reviews like this, but they deserve to be recognized for their service, quality and pricing.

Provided by YP.comI ordered flowers from Kaleidoscope to be delivered during business hours to my daughters office. It was a birthday surprise. The flowers were delivered at 5:00PM just as the staff was leaving for home, so my daughter did not have the opportunity to share the experience with her co-workers. In addition the basket the arrangement was delivered in was broken and wet. OK, they sort of screwed up, things like that can happen. My daughter and I were both disappointed. I called the shop to report what had happened and was told, well, they were delivered before 5 and the basket must have broke during transport. No apology. I asked for a refund, they refused, I asked for a store credit, they refused, I requested a new arrangement to be delivered to my daughter, they refused. They did offer to put the arrangement into a new basket.
but refused to redeliver it to my daughters office which is about 2 to 3 miles from their store. So, they show up to
my daughters house where the arrangement was, AND LEAVE THE BASKET ON THE PORCH. My mother in law was home expecting them, and I had warned them they needed to ring the bell and knock loudly because she is elderly and hard of hearing, but they didn't wait, they just dropped it on the porch and left. Kaleidoscope apparent definition of customer service is, give us your business, pay us, and leave us alone. There are way too many excellent florist in Santa Barbara to settle for Kaleidoscope Flowerds.

Provided by SuperpagesFIND ANOTHER FLORIST, THEY DELIVERED MY FLOWER ORDER TO MY DAUGHTER LATE AND THE BASKET WAS BROKEN. WORSE WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY WERE UNCOOPERATIVE, RELUCTANTLY AGREEING REPLACE THE BASKET, BUT WOULD NOT REDELIVER THEM TO MY DAUGHTERS PLACE OF BUSINESS EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NO MORE THAN 2 OR 3 MILES FROM THEIR STORE. THEIR CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GIVE US YOUR BUSINESS, PAY US OUR MONEY AND LEAVE US ALONE.
