I ordered some Osaka chic cleats in black and I love them. The problem is, I had to search high and low and then high and low again, to find them because I left two messages plus sent an email to this company with a straightforward question, which is what they recommend on their website. I never got any form of response from them, so they don't seem to be either (1) very interested in getting business, or (2) interested in providing customer service. I finally found what I wanted on clearance from a large retail store so I saved hundreds of dollars buying through them. Good for me; not so good for the Chic Cleats company. They have a cool product, but I don't see how they'll stay in business with their utter lack of interest in customer service and...well, selling their product. I would've given them 4 or 5 stars for the product (especially because no one else seems to make decorative cleats), but they get an average of 2 due to the big fat 0 for customer service.
