Provided by YP.comI woke up early on a Saturday morning and there was a large puddle of water around our water heater. Fearing that my Saturday was going to be ruined trying to get someone out here to check it out, I called up Nathaniel from Channel Plumbing and left him a message. He called me right back. He explained that while his day wasn't very flexible, he was quite concerned about the leak. So he adjusted his day and came out here regardless. That, in itself, was amazing. Plumbers have lives too - but he cares enough about his customers to do whatever he can to make things work. (This wasn't the first time Nathaniel had come by our place in an emergency on the weekend - but it just goes to show that it's not just a one-time thing.) He got out here when he said he'd be here, checked it out and fixed the problem quickly. Hands down, the most trustworthy plumber I've met. And he's a really nice guy in general. :) He'll always be the first person I call for any of our plumbing needs.
