Do not go to this body shop. The owner, Luis, uses a bait and switch technique to lure customers by quoting you a lower price than competitors, then calling you back later on to tell you that they've found more damage and that the repair will cost more than what they quoted you (which costs far more than competitors). My personal experience: I went to this body shop because i got into a fender bender with a man and i was paying for the damages on his car. The man went to this body shop because they quoted him a lower price than competitors, which was around $580. I wrote him a check for the damages and went home. I later got a call from Auto Body Paint & Action that they uncovered more damages and insisted that i come into their shop to take a look. When i went in, they stated that the fender was damaged, the bumper mounting brackets were damaged, and many other items too much to list. Most of these items were clearly salvageable, but he insisted they needed to be replaced anyways. He even pointed to a small spot of dirt on the lower fender and told me that i would have to pay for a paint touch up of around $200. I refused to pay for this and simply walked up to the car and rubbed off the dirt to show him that it was clearly not scratched. Despite this, the final bill came out to over $1280, which was more than twice the original price quote. The quotes from the other, legitimate body shops were respectively $800 and $1020, which is still lower than the $1280 that i paid. In the end i was forced to pay up because i was paying for damages to another man's car. Other customers who left positive reviews may not have realized that they were scammed. This bait and switch technique can easily trick someone who doesn't know anything about cars, like a soccer mom or any busy person. Please, do not go to this body shop. You are simply wasting your time.
