I rate it a -5. My experience was absolutely horrible with this company, especially the Solvang store. The employee was insulting, rude and sarcastic to me this morning when I went in to pick up my lawn mower. I would not recommend this shop to my anyone, especially a woman.

They're well intentioned and helpful but they can't seem to fix a Honda electric start mower.* Since they're the only place in town I'm reconciled to dropping the mower off in Oxnard or Carp next time I'm headed to LA. * It's a "Bendix" type starter, probably just needs cleaning and lube. Maybe I'll just take some time and get my hands dirty.

I have been a customer of A-OK for over 20 years by choice. I have had A-OK work on Troybuilt rototillers, a home sized chipper as well as Stihl chainsaws & Husky weed eaters. I am not a commercial business but I do need my equipment running well for weed abatement and rural home maintenance. A-OK has always repaired what needed repair and sold new replacements when it was time to upgrade.Oh yeah, prices are good.
