The company changed their name to THE CAR STORE. I filed with bbb and you did nothing. I filed over 5 complaints with DMV, Consumer Action sites, etc..

Since I Purchased the car on 2/3/13 I have broke down 3x's. The car just broke down again on Thanksgiving Day with my whole family inside in heavy traffic and is sitting in my front driveway with the same thing the dealer said they replaced last year (Transmission.)



The Dealer said they replaced the FRONT SUSPENSION, TRANSMISSION and AIRBAGS.I was told the car was never in an accident and shown a fake CARFAX REPORT. Over the phone they said I needed to bring $1,000 to buy a BUick and at the dealership they didn't have that car so they scammed me into a TRAILBLAZER 2006. I gave them $1700 down because the SALES MANAGER told me it would lower my payments, when I asked to see the CREDIT SCORE REPORT they said they couldn't find it and said they would mail it to me. I have never received it. I was also tricked into purchasing GAP because they said I needed to buy it to drive off the lot with the car and as soon as I had my own insurance, to have them fax it. They have never cancelled it and I just received another GAP contract saying I signed up for another year. I did not sign anything. but I have tried to ask for explanations regarding charges to my contract which I never agreed to.The finance Company that I think is the same as the dealership is called Newport Acceptance. Newport acceptance has harassed my minor children and call my home constantly, we always make our payments on time. Even now that the car doesnt work. I receive constant telephone calls ALL day. I tried calling the GAP company listed on the contract: Western General and they have NO RECORD of Newport Acceptance & looked up my VIN and have NO RECORD of my Car. I want my money back from my down payment to my payments from 2013 until today. Or I want a new car that runs. I recently received 3 recalls on the car and information saying it was used as a rental and corporate car and also in an accident. They told me the car was used and only had 1 owner (as shown on the fake carfax report they showed my husband and I.) I also found information saying the title, odometer may be tampered with and suspicious activity in regards to my VIN #1GNDS13S462123125
