Please don't go here minerva is a scammer es una mentirosa ir a ratera she is rude to her clients

Don't recommend this shop at all if you want your dress perfectly made go somewhere else.

I went around June to go get my prom dress. So a worker took my measurements and I showed her the dress and she kept a copy of my dress and told her the details that I wanted like where the zipper goes etc.. So I went once to check the measurements then the second time it would be finished with all the details and it would be ready for me to pick it up so when I went I looked at it . it looked nothing how I wanted the dress to look like. I called the worker named Minerva to explain to her what had happen cause that's not how I wanted it. Then all of sudden she started yelling at me and telling me if I wanted to sue her to go ahead but that I wasn't going get my money back at all. Then she started insulting me and my mom and laughing at us. Is like who yells at a 17 teen year old a client and the clients mother. I've tried to reach the owners but no one from the shop has helped us try to reach the owners and make up excuses.

Dear Owners,

Next time have a number where your clients can call if the have concerns or something about their dress or a product that they bought there that will help alot. Your customers needs good quality service not a bad service if it wasn't for clients you will mostly go out of business. Also next time you hire someone check their resume and talk to your clients to see how your workers are treating them that will help a lot.... And about Minerva I don't think she will help a lot your business she will most likely make your clients not want to come back and not recommend this shop to no one else and recommend them to another shop.

Please do not go to this store, you will be very dissappointed! They do not do what they say they will do. I had glasses engraved, I didnt think you could mess that up, but they did. The lady was so rude!
