Called late last night and got a morning appointment for the following day. Henrry was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Choose Santa Ana Lock And Key because of their reviews and totally grateful; gotta love their flat rates! Very good company Santa Ana Lock And Key NO' 1 in Town.

STAYING AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE; VERY POOR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION: Since February, I’ve been trying to resolve a financial paperwork matter with Santa Ana Lock & Key after major repair work in Feb. 2016. Repeated attempts to contact a supervisor who can resolve the issue have not worked. A visit to the listed website address shows the business is not even located there. Next time there’s a lock/key issue, I’ll go to a business that at least tries to communicate with its customers.
