Worst Property Management to rent from. You will never be able to speak to the owner or their offices with any issues. Only person you will ever be able to speak to is the Manager on site. They don't return your deposits and if they do they will create repair charges to give you the least possible. The property I rented is in Riverside and the site manager Moses is the worst!! He mickey mouses all repairs and has a bad attitude.

They screwed me out of $225. Trumped up charges so I wouldn't get my full deposit back. Once you're not a tenant anymore, they could care less about you. The apartment I rented was a health hazard it was so moldy and they never full fixed the problem (a hole in the roof that leaked every single time it rained).
