The massage was not one hour long as advertised and stated by the therapist. It was cut short by 10 minutes. When I tipped accordingly, she made me uncomfortable with her complaining.

The unwelcoming customer service alone will keep me from going back. The receptionist was not friendly and appeared annoyed by any question posed.
