Warning: Especially if you are a senior citizen this company will really take advantage of you. My parents filed a claim on their home over a year ago and to this day this insurance company has yet to settle with them. They still have the hole in the dinning room wall, no flooring in the restroom and the damaged carpet in the bedroom. They took 9 months to send out the adjuster. They cut them a check that does not even cover materials. Don Hanson their Senior Adjuster has done a great job of sweeping it under the rug...both my parents are in their 80s my father is disabled and between the both of them there is diabetes, congestive heart failure, hypertension, Parkinsons, etc that they already have to deal with...but this company does not care. Do yourself a favor and don't sign up with them and shop elsewhere for your homeowners insurance coverage folks.
